Honey Twirls Recipe
Ingredients

| Milk | 1/2 Cup(16 tbs), scalded | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Dry yeast | 1 | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Whole wheat flour | 3 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Melted butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Glaze | ||
Directions
Combine milk, butter, honey, and salt.
Cool to lukewarm by adding water.
Add yeast, mix well, then blend in egg.
Cover and set in a warm place for about 10 minutes.
Add flour, and mix until dough is well blended and soft.
Roll into an 18-inch square.
Combine butter, honey, and cinnamon.
Spread on rolled dough.
Roll as for jelly roll and cut into 1-inch slices.
Arrange in well-greased 11 x 7-inch baking pan.
Cover with damp cloth and let rise in warm place until double in bulk, about 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350° F.

Oh my goodness, I think I'll be in the kitchen for a while longer today. I have always been passionate about the benefits of honey and cinnamon for their amazing healthy properties and combined flavours. Honey twirls coming up kids.....mum's going to give you a treat tonight.
