Honey Sunflower Bread Recipe
Ingredients
| Honey | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Hot water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sunflower seeds | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Rolled oats | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Active dry yeast package | 1 | |
| Warm water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 375 F.
2.Take two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans and grease them lightly.
MAKING
3.Take a mixer bowl; put honey, hot water, margarine and sunflower seeds into it.
4.Add oats and mix.
5.Take a cup, put warm water and yeast in it.
6.Let the yeast mixture stay for 5 minutes.
7.Add the yeast mixture to oat mixture and mix.
8.Put 4 cups flour into it and stir with a dough hook.
9.Take the mixture out on lightly floured board and make into a dough by adding flour if needed.
10.Take a large greased bowl, put the dough in it and roll so that oil touches all the dough surfaces.
11.Put the cover on and leave the dough for 1 1/2 hours until it rises.
12.Once done, punch it and make two loaves of it.
13.Put the loaves in lof pans and bake for 50 minutes.
14.The loaves are done when golden brown in color and produce a hollow sound on tapping.
15.Allow the loaves to settle at room temperature.

16.Cut into slices and serve.
