Honey Sesame Tenderloin Recipe
Honey sesame tenderloin is a pork tenderloin recipe. Prepared with soy sauce, ginger and garlic marinade, the pork is rolled in honey and coated with sesame seeds. Ingredients
1 pound whole pork tenderloin
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
4 tablespoons sesame seeds
Directions
Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame oil.
Place tenderloin in resealable plastic food storage bag; pour in soy sauce mixture.
Marinate 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Remove pork from marinade; pat dry with paper towel.
Mix honey and brown sugar on plate.
Place sesame seeds on another plate.
Roll pork in honey mixture; roll in sesame seeds.
Roast in shallow pan 20 to 30 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part registers 160°F
