Honey Pumpkin Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
| Pumpkin | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Light cream | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 Small | |
| Honey | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pecans | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Whipped cream | ||
Directions
In glass mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, cream, eggs, honey, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Cook on DEFROST (4) for 18 to 20 minutes or until thickened, stirring every 4 minutes with wire whip to smooth.
Fold in chopped nuts.
Serve warm or chilled with whipped cream, if desired.
