Honey Nut Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 oz. chocolate
 
4 oz. sugar
 
2 oz. margarine
 
4 oz. plain flour
 
2 eggs, beaten well
 
2 oz. chopped nuts
 
4 oz. honey
 
1/2 tsp. vanilla essence

Directions

Melt the chocolate and margarine together.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Drop in small spoonfuls on a greased tray and bake in a moderately slow oven.
These cookies are still soft when they come out of the oven, but will become crisp on cooling.
