Honey Mustard Turkey Loaf Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 1/2 pounds ground fresh turkey
 
1 cup fresh bread crumbs (2 slices)
 
1/2 cup BORDEN® or MEADOW GOLD® Milk
 
1/4 cup chopped onion
 
1 egg, beaten
 
2 teaspoons WYLER'S® or STEERO® Chicken
 
Flavor Instant Bouillon
 
2 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
 
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
 
2 tablespoons honey
 
1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine turkey, crumbs, milk, onion, egg, bouillon, 1 teaspoon mustard and poultry seasoning; mix well.
In shallow baking dish, shape into loaf.
Bake 40 minutes.
Combine remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard, honey and brown sugar.
Spoon over loaf; bake 10 minutes longer.
Refrigerate leftovers.
