Honey Mustard Salmon Recipe

Directions
1) In a small bowl, prepare the marinade by mixing together rum, mustard, honey, lemon juice and pepper.
2) Arrange the salmon steaks in a deep dish. Brush both sides of the steaks with the marinade to cover thoroughly.
3) Cover the dish and refrigerate. Let the steaks marinate for at least a few hours.
MAKING
4) Over a medium hot grill, cook the steaks for about 2 minutes on each side. Turn them over once in between the grill time. To test if the steak is cooked, poke it with a fork. If the flakes come off easily, it is done.
5) Alternatively, broil the steaks for about 6 to 8 minutes, keeping it about 6 inches away from the heat source.
SERVING
6) Squeeze a dash of lime juice over the salmon steaks and serve hot.
