Honey Mustard Glaze Recipe
Ingredients
| Whole cloves | ||
| Honey | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White wine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3/4 cup Dijon-style or spicy brown mustard | ||
| Assorted fresh fruits (lady apples; seckel pears; kumquats; red, green, and black grapes, etc.) | ||
| Curly endive (chicory) | ||
Directions
Before baking ham, stud scored surface with whole cloves, one clove per diamond.
Combine honey, wine, and mustard in small bowl and whisk until thoroughly blended.
Glaze and baste ham as indicated above.
Surround ham on serving platter with a "Delia Robbia wreath," composed of assorted whole fresh fruits interspersed with curly endive.
