Honey Mustard Beef Ribs Recipe
Honey mustard beef ribs are spicy and savory beef ribs prepared with a smoky flavor to it. Cooked with a mix of garlic with smoke for flavor, the beef ribs are grill cooked with a baste of honey and mustard.
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 bunch green onions with tops, finely chopped | ||
| Yellow onion | 1 Small, finely chopped | |
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Prepared mustard | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Liquid smoke | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 5 pounds beef back ribs | ||
Directions
In saucepan, combine butter, green onions, yellow onion and garlic.
Cook over low heat 15 minutes or until onions are tender.
Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients except ribs.
Grill ribs, on covered grill, over medium-hot Charcoal Briquets 30 to 35 minutes, brushing ribs generously with mustard-honey mixture, until meat is tender.
