Honey Mustard Bbq Chicken Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients
| Couscous | 1 box | |
| Skinless boneless chicken | 1 pound, cut into strips | |
| Red bell pepper | 1 Medium, cut into thin strips | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, sliced | |
| 1/3 cup Tangy Honey Mustard | ||
| Barbecue sauce | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Prepare couscous according to package directions.
Keep warm.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook and stir chicken in batches 5 to 10 minutes or until browned.
Transfer to bowl.
Drain fat.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet until hot.
Cook and stir vegetables 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Return chicken to skillet.
Stir in 2/3 cup water, mustard and barbecue sauce.
Heat to boiling, stirring often.
