Honey Mustard Alaska Halibut Recipe
Ingredients
| Dijon Mustard | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 6 (4 to 6 ounces each) Alaska halibut steaks | ||
| Black pepper salt | 1 To taste | |
| Vegetables for skewering. | ||
Directions
Whisk together mustard, olive oil, honey and lemon juice.
Season halibut steaks with salt and pepper.
Brush both sides of each steak liberally with honey mustard mixture.
Place on a broiling pan and broil 5-6 inches from heat for 1 minute per inch of thickness, or until fish just flakes when tested with fork.
(Alternately, cut halibut into 1-inch chunks and place on skewers with an assortment of vegetables.
Broil or grill as directed.)
