Honey Glazed Roast Pork Recipe
Ingredients
| Honey | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soy sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Tabasco sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Black peppercorns | 1 Tablespoon, crushed | |
| Pork shoulder | 1 2 Pound |
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 °F (160 °C).
In a bowl, mix first 5 ingredients.
Brush roast pork with generous amounts of honey mixture.
Place in a roasting pan with a rack.
Roast in oven 90 minutes.
Remove roast from pan.
Slice.
Baste each slice with cooking juices.
Return pork slices to roasting pan.
Continue cooking in oven 10 minutes.
