1/4 to 1/3 cup honey
 
Toasted shredded coconut (optional)

Directions

Preheat broiler.
Position oven rack about 4 inches from heat source.
Place pineapple slices on rack of broiler pan.
Drizzle honey over pineapple slices.
Broil 5 minutes or until honey starts to bubble.
Sprinkle with coconut, if desired.
