Honey Glazed Peaches Recipe
Ingredients
6 large peaches, halved, stoned, and peeled
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons butter
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
Directions
Arrange peaches in a shallow greased baking dish, cut side up.
Combine honey, 2 tablespoons butter, lemon juice, and rind in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Pour over peaches.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes, basting with syrup several times
