Honey Glazed Onions Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 dozen small white onions, peeled | ||
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Ketchup | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Hot water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dash each of salt and cayenne | ||
Directions
Cook onions in salted water for 20 minutes.
Drain and place in buttered baking dish.
Make a sauce of remaining ingredients, pour over onions, and cover.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 1 hour, or until onions are mellow and glazed, basting occasionally.
