Honey Glaze Snack Mix Recipe
Ingredients
| 5 cups bite-size crispy corn cereal squares | ||
| 3 cups miniature pretzels | ||
| Pecans | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Honey | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Heat oven to 300°.
In 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan combine cereal, pretzels and pecans; set aside.
In small bowl stir together butter and honey until well mixed.
Pour honey mixture over cereal mixture; stir until well coated.
Bake 10 minutes; stir.
Continue baking for 10 to 15 minutes or until cereal is glazed and honey mixture is absorbed.
Immediately place snack mix on waxed paper; cool completely.
Store in tightly covered container.
