 Salad dressing1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ginger2 Teaspoon, grated
 Honey2 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce1 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 500g butternut pumpkin, peeled and thinly sliced
 Beans1 Cup (16 tbs), frozen
 Zucchinis2 , sliced
 Pecans1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

1. Heat dressing, ginger, honey, soy sauce and lemon juice for 3-4 minutes on high.
2. Add pumpkin, cook, covered, for 4-6 minutes on high, until just tender.
3. Stir in beans and zucchinis, cook, covered, a further 3-4 minutes on high.
4. Spoon onto a serving plate. Sprinkle with pecans.
