Honey Flavored Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients
2 tbsp (30 ml) oil
Salt and pepper
2 lbs (900 g) chicken wings
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tbsp (30 ml) soy sauce
1/4 Cup (60 ml) commercial brown gravy
1/3 Cup (80 ml) honey
4 tsp (20 ml) tomato paste
2 tbsp (30 ml) carrots, julienned
1 tsp (5 ml) chopped parsley
Directions
– In a large skillet, heat oil.
– Season chicken wings with salt and pepper and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, turning 4 or 5 times during cooking process.
– Remove chicken wings from skillet and pour off cooking fat.
– Add garlic to skillet, stir for 20 seconds then add other ingredients.
– Return chicken wings to skillet with sauce, cover and cook over medium heat for
5 minutes. Garnish with julienned carrots and chopped parsley, and serve.
