Honey Dijon Turkey Schnitzel Recipe
Ingredients
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon, squeezed | |
| Honey | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Dijon Mustard | 4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 lb thin turkey cutlets | ||
| Seasoned bread crumbs | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
1. In a bowl combine lemon juice, honey and mustard. Add turkey cutlets; stir to coat well.
2. In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip turkey in crumb mixture to coat evenly.
3. In a large nonstick skillet, heat 1 tbsp (15 mL) of the oil over medium heat. Cook turkey in batches, adding more oil as needed, for about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes for each side or until browned and no longer pink in center.
