Honey Dijon Lamb Chops Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 tablespoons chopped fresh or 2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed | ||
| 2 tablespoons chopped fresh or 2 teaspoons dried mint | ||
| Dijon Mustard | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper | ||
| 4 (4-ounce) lean lamb loin chops | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a small bowl, combine rosemary, mint, honey, mustard and pepper and stir well to blend
2. Trim the fat away from the chops, place them on a broiler pan and broil for five minutes on each of the sides
3. Bast the mustard mixture on each side and broil for another couple of minutes on each side
SERVING
4. Serve as appropriate
