| Water | 125 Milliliter | |
| Baby carrots | 750 Gram, frozen | |
| Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Soft light brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon, finely chopped |
Directions
Pour the water into a saucepan.
Add the carrots and bring to the boil.
Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the carrots are still slightly crisp.
Drain.
If you are using frozen carrots, follow the directions on the packet.
Melt the margarine in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the sugar, honey and carrots.
Reduce the heat and turn the carrots frequently for 1-2 minutes until they are well glazed.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
