Directions

Peel and cut onions in half crosswise.
Place cut side down in a baking dish just large enough to hold all the onions in one layer.
Sprinkle with water.
Cover with foil and bake at 350°F.for 30 minutes.
Turn onions cut side up.
Combine remaining ingredients and spoon half of the mixture over the onions.
Return to oven and bake uncovered 15 minutes.
Baste with remaining honey mixture and bake 15 more minutes.
This is a good side dish that is very low in calories as well as low in fat.
