Honey Apple Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 unbaked low-sodium 9-inch pie shell of Margarine Pastry or Oil Pastry | ||
| 6-7 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced | ||
| Honey | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup low-sodium corn oil margarine | ||
| Whole wheat flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Place apples in unbaked pie shell and drizzle with honey.
3. Combine margarine, flour, cinnamon, and sugar, and sprinkle over apples.
4. Bake 35 minutes.
