Honey And Vinegar Dressing Recipe

1 tablespoon clear honey

5 fl. oz. vinegar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh chives

Place all the ingredients in a screw top jar and shake well.
Use the dressing as required.
