| Hominy | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Boiling water | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| Skim milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Margarine | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon | |
| Egg substitute equivalent to 2 eggs | 1 | |
| Skim milk | 2 Cup (32 tbs) |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 300°F.
2) In a bowl, combine hominy, salt, and water.
3) Stir well and add 1 cup of skim milk.
4) In an oiled 1 1/2 quart casserole, pour in mixture.
5) Add margarine, sugar, eggs, and skim milk.
MAKING
6) Place inside oven to bake for an hour.
SERVING
7) Serve the hominy warm with eggs, bacon and toast, if desired.
