Ingredients
| Pork loin chops | 6 | |
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 4 , beaten | |
| Italian seasoned bread crumbs | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cinnamon | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Rinse the pork chops and pat dry.
Beat the milk into the eggs and pour into a shallow plate.
Combine the bread crumbs and cinnamon in a deep dish.
Dip each chop in the egg mixture, let egg mixture drip off the chop, then roll in the bread crumb mixture to coat.
Repeat.
Brown both sides in hot oil in a large skillet.
Place in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake, covered with foil, at 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until fork tender.
