 Cooked ham1 Pound
 1/2 lb. lean bulk sausage
 Dry bread crumbs1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Prepared mustard1 Tablespoon
 Egg1 , beaten
 Onion1 Teaspoon, grated
 Milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Brown sauce1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce:)
 Dry mustard1/2 Teaspoon (Sauce:)
 Orange juice2 Tablespoon (Sauce:)

Directions

In mixing bowl, combine ham, sausage, bread crumbs, mustard, egg, onion, and milk.
Form into round loaf about 6 inches in diameter, or rectangle or oval about 9x5 inches.
Place in slow-cooking pot.
Cover and cook on low for about 7 hours.
Combine ingredients for sauce; brush over loaf the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Slice and serve hot.
Leftover cold slices of loaf make good sandwiches.
Makes 6 servings.
