Homemade Soy Cheese Recipe
This Homemade Soy Cheese recipe is easily right at the top of my favorite list. It is always prepared with Milk Product as the most essential ingredient. It is served as a delicious Side Dish. You do not need to be a gourmet to gauge how delicious and flavorful this dish is.
Ingredients
3 cups soy milk
juice of 2 lemons
Directions
Heat soy milk over hot water in double boiler.
Bring to boil.
Add lemon juice and stir only long enough to blend thoroughly.
Remove from heat.
Allow mixture to cool slowly with top saucepan remaining in hot water.
When mixture coagulates, strain through fine cheesecloth.
