Homemade Pot Cheese Recipe
Homemade Pot Cheese is simply tasty. The Wine vinegar and sour cream with Pepper gives the Homemade Pot Cheese a unique taste.
Ingredients
| Gouda cheese | 1 inch, finely shredded | |
| Blue cheese | 3 Ounce | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), softened | |
| Red wine vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chives | 1 1/2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Few grains cayenne pepper | ||
Directions
Mix cheeses with butter in a heavy saucepan.
Add remaining ingredients; blend thoroughly.
Cook over low heat, stirring vigorously, until cheese is melted.
Cool slightly.
Spoon into small pots and store in refrigerator.
