2 1/4 cups flour
 
1 tsp fine sea salt
 
1/2 tsp active dry yeast
 
1 tsp sugar
 
1 1/2 cup water
 
1 large garlic clove, sliced
 
olive oil
 
handful of arugula, washed and dried
 
cooked bacon, crumbled
 
crumbled blue cheese
 
pear slices

Directions

Preheat oven to 525 degrees F.
In a bowl, combine 2 cups flour, salt, yeast, and sugar.
Stir them well.
Add 1 cup water, stir.
Add 1/2 cup water, mix well.
Add 1/4 cup flour, mix them well.
Cover, and let rise for 3 hours.
Knead dough with your hands on a cleaned flour surface.
Make a ball, cover and let it rest for an hour.
Cut the dough in 3 portions.
Roll each portion in the circular shape of pizza.
Spread flour on a sheet pan.
Put rolled pizza dough over the pan.
Add garlic, spread evenly on the dough.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Add arugula, cooked bacon, blue cheese, and pear slices on top.
Drizzle with some more olive oil.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Cut the pizza in slices and enjoy with your favorite sauce.
