Butter- 3 tablespoons
Salt- 1 teaspoon

6.Place in a wooden bowl, cover with a heavy cloth and keep in a warm place 3 to 7 days or until soft and ripe, stirring occasionally
7.Then place in a skillet and cook, stirring constantly until smooth
8.Add salt and butter, mix well and pour into cups or bowls
