1/2 bowl sugar
 
1/3 cup corn syrup
 
1/4 cup vegan margarine
 
1/2 tsp mint extract
 
1/2 tsp lemon extract
 
1/2 tsp almond
 
1/2 tsp coconut
 
1 pack choco chips melted

Directions

1) In a bowl, place the sugar, add corn syrup, vegan margarine, then stir until crumbly.
2) Divide the mixture into 3 bowls. Then add the mint, lemon extracts into the first bowl.
3) In the next bowl add the almond and coconut extract. In the third bowl you may add food colouring.
4) Stir the mixtures well and shape into small flat balls, gently dip in the melted chocolate. Place them on the parchment paper and place them in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
