Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F for 5 to 10 minutes and then turn it off.
In a shallow baking pan, arrange oven proof cups.
In a pan, add 500 ml of milk along with sugar.
Gradually bring the milk to a boiling point and remove from the heat immediately.
Transfer the milk to a bowl and allow it to cool until lukewarm.
Once the milk is lukewarm, add in the orange blossom water.
In another bowl, combine the yogurt with the remaining 250 ml of cold milk.
Combine the yogurt mixture wit the warm milk and mix well.
Pour the mixture in the cups, arranged in the baking pan.
Cover with a foil paper.
Place the baking pan in the oven and let the milk mixture rest for 8 to 15 hours. 8 to 9 hours for a soft and smooth yogurt and 15 hours for a denser yogurt.
Do not disturb the cups for the first 8 hours.
After the resting time, cover each cup with a plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for 2-4 hours to let the yogurt set.
Serve cold plain or with fruits.
