Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees (F)
MAKING
2. Spread out sesame seeds on a cookie sheet or flat pan and place in the oven for 4-5 minutes, do not let sesame seeds brown but only toast slightly to release the nutty flavors and oil.
3. Pour seeds into a food processor and add the vegetable oil and blend the seeds until you have a nice smooth paste. 4. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
SERVING/USING
5. Use to make any type of hummus, or tahini dipping sauce or use in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cooking.
