Homemade Salsa Recipe
This homemade salsa recipe is easy and peppy! Made with a handful of fresh veggies, finely chopped and flavored with soy sauce and lemon juice, the homemade salsa recipe is spiced up jalapeno peppers for a punch to it.
Ingredients
| Tomatoes | 1 Pound, chopped | |
| 1/4 c. green onions and tops, finely chopped | ||
| 1 Tbsp. each: lite soy sauce and lemon juice | ||
| 1 medium jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced | ||
Directions
Prepare Homemade Salsa and set aside.
Brush both sides of tortillas lightly with oil.
Bake in 425° oven for 7 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool.
Heat 1 teaspoon oil in medium saucepan; add green onions and garlic.
Saute for 1 minute.
Stir in beans and soy sauce; simmer for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Divide beans evenly among tortillas; spread to edges.
Arrange cabbage, tofu and salsa in layers over beans.
Top with avocado.
