Directions

MAKING
1. To a large mixing bowl, add the base mixture ingredients and stir to mix well.
In a food processor add ingredients for apple cinnamon mixture.
2. Blend well. Add mixture to the bowl & stir
3. Add the cinnamon and maple to the mixture and mix well
4. Dehydrate overnight or longer if needed at 106 degrees.

SERVING
5. Enjoy with some fresh fruits and almond milk.
