Ingredients

 
2 medium-size russet potatoes (about 1 pound), sliced 1/16 inch thick
 
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
 
1 teaspoon paprika

Directions

1 Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Lightly grease a nonstick I baking sheet.
Arrange the potato slices in 1 layeron the baking sheet and bake, turning occasionally, for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
2 In a small bowl, combine the cheese and paprika and sprinkle the mixture over the potatoes.
Bake 5 minutes more, let cool, and transfer to a serving dish.

if you desire the same cheese flavor for frying when do you apply the flavor and what form. Is it cool after frying or when still hot? the same applies to other seasonings like marmite, sausages, garlic, onions,bacon, ketchup etc ?
