1)Heat up a griddle or frying pan lightly greased with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
2)In a mixing bowl, beat egg until fluffy.
3)Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
4)Pour some batter on heated griddle/frying pan to make the size of pancake you like.
5)When bubbles appear on top, break and flip the pancake over and cook other side until golden brown.
6)Serve with your favorite pancake toppings or fruits or chocolate and serve warm and enjoy!
