|Ground flax seeds||1 Tablespoon (organic)|
|Black walnuts||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed (or nuts of your choice)|
|Maple syrup||1⁄4 Teaspoon (New Hampshire maple syrup)|

1. In a saucepan with boiling water cook the oatmeal as per packet instructions.
2. Once the oat meal cooks, turn off the heat and let it cool.
3. In a serving bowl, put in he cooked oatmeal and top it with yogurt, ground flax seeds, walnuts and drizzle it with maple syrup.
4. Serve as desired.
