Ingredients

 Egg1 , beaten
 2 tablespoons reconstituted nonfat dry milk or fluid milk
 All purpose flour1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Mix egg, milk, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Add enough of the flour to make stiff dough.
Roll very thin on floured surface; let stand 20 minutes.
Roll up; cut in 1/4-inch slices.
Spread out; dry 2 hours.
Drop noodles into boiling, salted water.
Cook, uncovered, about 10 minutes.
Drain.
