Ingredients
| Cake flour | 100 Gram | |
| * 1-¼ teaspoon Baking Powder | ||
| Butter | 25 Gram | |
| Sugar | 50 Gram | |
| Whole egg | 1 | |
| Vanilla | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 25 Milliliter | |
| * 1 whole Large Ripe Banana -mashed Well | ||
| * 1 Tablespoon Papaya -mashed Well | ||
Directions
Sift together the flour and baking powder. Next cream butter and sugar with an electric hand mixer until light and fluffy. Add egg, vanilla and milk. Mix well with a spoon.
Stir the flour mixture into the creamed mixture. Mix with a wooden spoon. Add banana and papaya. Mix to combine but don’t over mix.
Now line a muffin tin with paper cups (recipe should make 10 muffins). Pour batter into cups. Fill only 1/2 to 2/3 full.
Bake at 180ºC (355ºF) for about 20 minutes. Muffins are ready when the top springs back when you touch it with your finger.
Serve and enjoy.
