Homemade Meat Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Breadcrumbs | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground beef | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Eggs | 2 Small, Well beaten | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon (Topping:) | |
| Ketchup | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Topping:) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon (Topping:) | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon (Topping:) | |
| Savory | 1 Teaspoon (Topping:) | |
| Nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon (Topping:) | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon (Topping:) |
Directions
MAKING
1.Take a Pyrex or ceramic loaf pan, put breadcrumbs, milk, ground beef and beaten eggs in it.
2.Make a mixture of the topping ingredients and once done, spread it on the meat mixture in the pan.
3.Secure the pan using a waxed paper and heat for 20 minutes at MEDIUM HIGH.
SERVING
4.Serve the dish warm or cold.
