I love hummus, my family loves hummus. Therefore, I have easy hummus recipe as an absolute stand by for all year round. We eat hummus as a dip or as a sandwich spread with ham, instead of mayonnaise.

1) In a chopper, first of all chop garlic.
2) After garlic is chopped add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, and then add the rest of ingredients and liquids.

3) Chop well until everything becomes a paste. Transfer the mixture into a serving dish and pour over the top the rest of olive oil.

4) You can serve the Hummus with pita bread or crackers.
