Ingredients
| Vegetable bouillon cubes | 2 | |
| Cornstarch | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Turmeric | 2 Teaspoon | |
| White wine vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Prepared horseradish | 4 Teaspoon | |
| 2 slightly beaten egg yolks | ||
Directions
Dissolve bouillon in 1 1/2 cups hot water.
In saucepan blend cornstarch, sugar, mustard, and turmeric.
Stir in vinegar and horseradish.
Slowly blend in bouillon.
Cook and stir over low heat till thickened and bubbly.
Stir a moderate amount into egg yolks.
Return to saucepan.
Cook and stir 1 minute.
Pack in 1/2-cup containers.
Refrigerate.
