Homemade Horseradish Recipe
Ingredients
| Horseradish | 1/2 pound, cut in to chunks | |
| Heavy cream | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Drop the horseradish through feed tube of food processor and chop, using the steel blade.
Remove horseradish to a bowl.
Combine cream, vinegar, and mustard.
Add the cream mixture to the horseradish.
Add salt and pepper, if desired.
