Homemade Gravy Recipe

Ingredients
1 to 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Few drops browning sauce, optional
1 cup roast drippings
Directions
Heat butter in small glass bowl at HIGH 1/2 to 3/4 minute, or until melted.
Stir in flour, salt, pepper and browning sauce.
Gradually add drippings; stir until smooth.
Cook at HIGH 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes, or until gravy is thickened, stir twice.
