Homemade Garlic and Herb Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream cheese | 1 pound | |
| Butter | 1 pound | |
| Garlic cloves - 3 to 4 , chopped | ||
| Fresh herbs basil, chives, marjoram, or thyme - 3 tablespoons, chopped | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1 In a food processor, blend the cream cheese, butter, and garlic.
2 Process until smooth.
3 Add in the herbs and mix well.
4 Add salt and pepper to taste.
SERVING
5 Serve as desired.
TIP
Can be stored upto 1 week, if covered tightly, and refrigerated.
