Directions

In a large saucepan add everything but the cranberries. Stir all the sugars and juices. Set the burner to a medium heat and continue to stir for a minute. Add the fresh cranberries and wait for them to start popping. Once most of the cranberries have popped stir them and let them cook for about 5 minutes or until all the juices become thick or sauce like. Pour the cranberry sauce in a serving bowl and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until it becomes hard and cold. Garnish with lemon or orange zest. Enjoy!
