Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven at 375 degree F. Grease a large baking dish with cooking spray.
2. In a bowl add butter with milk and place in the microwave oven until softened.

MAKING
FOR ROLLS
3. In a bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Pour in the melted butter with milk. Whisk using an electric hand mixer for 2 minutes.
4. Add in 1 cup of flour, eggs and whisk it on high speed for 2 minutes. Gradually add more flour and mix well using a spatula.
5. Spread some flour on the kitchen board and transfer the dough to the board. Knead it well for 5-10 minutes until smooth.
6. Cover with a plastic wrap and then with a wet kitchen towel. Let it rest for 20 minutes on board.
7. Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape using a rolling pin and spread the melted butter on the surface.
8. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon over the butter.
9. Roll up the dough and cut into individual rolls and place in the greased baking dish.
10. Cover the dish loosely with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 to 24 hours at moderately cold setting.
11. Remove from refrigerator, uncover and let it stand for 10 minutes.
12. Bake in the oven at 375 degree F for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it stand for 10 minutes.
FOR FROSTING
13. In a bowl, put powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Pour warm water and mix well.

FINALIZING
14. Pour the frosting over the Cinnamon Rolls and let it set.

SERVING
15. Serve the Cinnamon Rolls with warm coffee.

I made this and it turns out great! my husband loved it so much i have made 3 batches in a mnth! @shah: the recipes written above is half the measurement of what she made in the video (which is what i used) and she also substitute the water for milk and all purpose flour with bread flour (she explained it in the video why she used these)
