Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe Video
Ingredients
| Butter | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Chopped celery | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| Chopped carrots | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| Chopped onion | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| Diced potatoes | 1 Large (2 Small potatoes) | |
| Poultry seasoning | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chicken stock | 8 Cup (128 tbs) | |
| Chicken bouillon cubes | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Egg noodles | 4 Ounce | |
| Cooked chicken | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Salt and pepper | To Taste |
Directions
MAKING:
1)In a large stock pot, melt butter.
2)Add celery, onion and carrots and saute for a couple of minutes.
3)In a pot now add potatoes, poultry seasoning, thyme, chicken stock and chicken bouillon. Stir well and bring to a boil.
4)After simmering add egg noodles and chicken. Stir and simmer on low for 20 to 30 minutes, or until done.
5)Add salt and pepper to taste.
SERVING:
6)Serve hot in a bowl and enjoy!
